Näitä sopimusehtoja sovelletaan Puni’s Cab Company Oy:n tarjoamiin taksi- ja tilausajopalveluihin, ellei kirjallisesti toisin sovita.

These terms and conditions apply to taxi and charter transportation services provided by Puni’s Cab Company Oy unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Kuljetukseen sisältyy 10 minuutin maksuton odotusaika sovitusta noutoajasta. Tämän ylittävä odotusaika laskutetaan erikseen.

The service includes 10 minutes of free waiting time from the agreed pickup time. Any additional waiting time will be charged separately.

Taksiliikenteessä maksu suoritetaan ajoneuvossa.

Tilausajoliikenteessä (ennakkotilaukset) laskutetaan jälkeenpäin, ellei muuta sovita.

Maksu suoritetaan SumUp-korttimaksulinkillä tai ennakkolaskulla. Laskutuslisä on 10 EUR.

Taxi services: payment is made in the vehicle.

Charter services (advance bookings): invoiced after the service unless otherwise agreed.

Payment is made via SumUp card payment link or advance invoice. An invoicing fee of 10 EUR applies.

Mittaritilaus on tehtävä erikseen suoraan liikennöitsijälle. Tällöin alkuperäinen ennakkotilaus mitätöityy automaattisesti ja asiakkaan vastuulla on perua alkuperäinen tilaus järjestelmässä.

Yhtiö ei vastaa peruuttamattoman tilauksen kustannuksista.

Metered taxi services must be ordered directly from the operating carrier. In such cases the original advance booking is automatically void and the customer is responsible for cancelling the original booking in the system.

The company is not liable for costs arising from an uncancelled booking.

Viikkoa ennen – ei peruutusmaksua.

Kolme päivää ennen – 25 prosenttia peruutusmaksu.

Vuorokautta ennen – 50 prosenttia peruutusmaksu.

Kolme tuntia ennen tai alle – 100 prosenttia peruutusmaksu.

7 days before booking – no cancellation fee.

3 days before booking – 25 percent cancellation fee.

24 hours before booking – 50 percent cancellation fee.

3 hours before booking or less – 100 percent cancellation fee.

Ajoneuvon ylimääräisestä puhdistuksesta veloitetaan 500–1500 EUR siivouksen laajuuden mukaan.

An additional cleaning fee of 500–1500 EUR will be charged depending on the extent of cleaning required.

Yhtiö pidättää oikeuden vaihtaa kalustoa tai kuljettajaa tilauksen tarpeiden mukaisesti. Laatutasoa ei alenneta.

The company reserves the right to substitute the vehicle or driver to meet operational requirements. Service quality will not be reduced.

Yhtiö ei vastaa force majeure -tilanteista eikä kalustorikkojen tai muiden yhtiöstä riippumattomien syiden aiheuttamista viivästyksistä tai välillisistä kustannuksista.

The company is not liable for force majeure events or delays caused by circumstances beyond the company’s control.

Riidat ratkaistaan ensisijaisesti neuvottelemalla ja viime kädessä Helsingin käräjäoikeudessa.

Any disputes shall primarily be resolved through negotiation and finally settled in the Helsinki District Court.
